Cancellation Policy

At Aluna Trends, we understand that plans can change. Please read our Cancellation Policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

  1. Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order, or
  2. Before the order has been shipped, whichever comes first.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. However, you may be eligible for a return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

How to Cancel an Order

To request an order cancellation, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible with the following details:

  1. Order Number
  2. Registered Email Address
  3. Reason for Cancellation (optional)

Requests received after the order has been shipped cannot be processed.

Refund for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before shipment:

  1. A full refund will be issued.
  2. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  3. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
  4. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Cancellation by Aluna Trends

Aluna Trends reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

  1. Product is out of stock or unavailable
  2. Incorrect pricing or product information due to technical errors
  3. Payment could not be verified or failed
  4. Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
  5. Delivery is not possible to the provided address

If your order is canceled by Aluna Trends, you will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be processed.

Cash on Delivery (If Available)

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

  1. Customers who repeatedly refuse or cancel orders after shipment may have COD privileges restricted for future purchases.
  2. Aluna Trends reserves the right to refuse COD orders based on previous order history.
